About the Journal

Jurnal Tifani is a multidisciplinary scientific journal published by the Department of Arabic Language, Universitas Negeri Malang, with a primary focus on disseminating innovative and impactful works in the field of community service. This journal provides a platform for Indonesian academics, especially university lecturers, to publish the results of knowledge- and technology-based community empowerment efforts aimed at improving the quality of life in rural and underserved communities through knowledge sharing and sustainable practices.

The scope of Jurnal Tifani encompasses a broad range of community service activities, including the application of appropriate technology, education for sustainable development, community-based training, empowerment strategies, local food security initiatives, social innovation, and development efforts in border and underdeveloped areas. Each article is expected to reflect meaningful engagement with the community and offer practical solutions to real-world challenges.

In its commitment to expanding academic collaboration and interdisciplinary contributions, Jurnal Tifani actively partners with various institutions, including the Ittihad Mudarrisi Al-Lughah Al-‘Arabiyyah bi Indonesia (IMLA Indonesia). Registered with e-ISSN: 2809-008X, Jurnal Tifani is published three times a year, in April, August, and December, and maintains high academic standards through a rigorous peer-review process.

The journal’s mission is to promote the dissemination of conceptual thinking, applied innovations, and best practices in community engagement that contribute to social development, academic enrichment, and national progress.
