Abstract

Artikel ini merefleksikan proses internalisasi nilai-nilai profesionalisme melalui kegiatan magang di perusahaan travel haji dan umrah. Magang memberikan pengalaman langsung yang berperan penting dalam membentuk sikap profesional mahasiswa, seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan kemampuan beradaptasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan refleksi naratif deskriptif kualitatif yang dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja langsung merupakan sarana efektif untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai profesionalisme dan memperkuat kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi dunia kerja.
